Clean-up exercise at Dansoman

The Christian Community Microfinance Limited (CCML) has organised a clean-up exercise at Dansoman as part of its community building focus and advocacy for a healthy community.

The exercise which was held within the Dansoman Last Stop area brought together many people in the community including women, children, shop owners, traders, drivers, assembly members, representatives from the Accra Metropolitan Assembly, Gbebu and CCML staff.

The Assembly Member for the area, Mr Emmanuel B.B. Boryor, commended CCML for organising an exercise of such importance, as a clean community translates to a healthy people and a healthy nation. 

He, therefore, called on all stakeholders to always take part in community-related exercises, saying that such exercises will help the country to save huge sums of money which would have been spent on curing diseases.
