Debrah Bediako, June 3 flood disaster victim buried

Mr Ebenezer Yaw Debrah Bediako, a victim of the June 3, 2015, flood and fire disaster at the Kwame Nkrumah Circle in Accra, has been buried in Accra.

A native of Atibie-Kwahu, Mr Bediako, 46, was among 159 victims who perished on June 3, 2015.

A burial ceremony was held last Saturday at his family house at Alajo in Accra. He was interred at the Osu Cemetery.
Mr Bediako, aka Debs, left behind a wife, Mrs Janet Osei, and four children.

Biography

Mr Bediako Born at Atibie-Kwahu in September 1969 to Mr Ebenezer Sampong Bediako from Kwahu Mpraeso and Madam Margeret Awo Bediako from Akyem-Asafo, both in the Eastern Region he started his primary education at Mpraeso Presby Primary School and completed his basic school education in 1983.

He gained admission to the Obo Secondary School and later joined St Peters Secondary School at Kwahu Nwatia in his second year.
After completing his secondary school education, he joined his father in Accra and assisted him to run the Bediako Brothers Pharmacy Limited.

Having been baptised into the Presbyterian Church at Mpraeso, Mr Bediako joined the Young People’s Guild (YPG) of the Presbyterian Church at Alajo in Accra.
