KAMA Group wins Platinum Gold award

KAMA Group of Companies  was the recipient  of the Platinum Gold award in the area of  healthcare services  during the Ashanti Business Excellence Awards held at the Golden Tulip Kumasi City Hotel.

Established under the auspices of the Manhyia Palace in 2004 with the view of honouring well-deserved  enterprises and to motivate up and coming ones  to offer excellent services to  their clients, the Ashanti Business Excellence Awards has now become a yardstick for measuring excellence in  entrepreneurship  in the  region.

Besides pharmaceuticals, the hallmark of the KAMA Group of Companies, it has established a clinic in Kumasi, which provides quality healthcare for residents in the metropolis.

The company also operates a forex bureau , restaurant and medium scale business enterprises which provide employment to the youth in the Kumasi Metropolis and its environs, thus contributing to addressing the unemployment challenges among the youth.

Receiving the award during the ceremony, the Estate Manager of the KAMA group of Companies, Mr Abraham Antwi, expressed his profound gratitude to the organisers of the award for recognising the company’s contribution to sustainable socio-economic development of the country.

“We are greatly honoured with this Platinum Gold award in the area of healthcare delivery. This award is an indication that the excellent service  KAMA has been offering to our cherished clients have been recognised. We will continue to keep the interest of our clients at heart by always providing excellent services that meet their demands,” he noted.
