Christened ‘Prabon Greenfields’, the project, a joint venture between the Asanteman Council and Vital Capital Fund, would cater for the impeccable tastes of people looking for quality housing both as a place to live in or an investment decision.

With a gated community with stand-alone villas, Prabon Greenfields would boast a number of unique fittings and facilities in the modern real estate market of today.

At the VIP Sales Opening event of the project in Kumasi recently, the founding partner of Vital Capital Fund, Mr Eytan Stebbe, said at first glance, Prabon Greenfields would look like a perfect destination, one comparable with most luxury villas in the developed world.

“But a closer look reveals even more; it would seem to have been built to deal with all the real estate problems faced by Ghanaians,” he stated.

He said the complex would have a central waste treatment plant to which all houses would be connected, negating the need for septic tanks, and added that “after filtration, the water is going to be used to irrigate the public areas and gardens.”

In addition, Mr Stebbe said a central and independent water treatment and pumping plant would serve all houses with wholesome water all the time as well as offer fully tarred roads, underground drainage, electricity and communications networks.

Prabon Greenfields, he said, would also offer the most cohesive and attractive living experience with public areas including a River Walkway and Park, a nature reserve owners can enjoy for some fun and relaxation or healthy jogging under the trees; kindergartens and schools as well as a management and commercial area that would include various shops, services and social areas.

The Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, who graced the occasion with his presence, hailed the project as one that had the potential of turning Kumasi into a business hub.
