SIC board reconstituted
The reconstituted board of SIC Insurance Company Limited was inaugurated at the company’s head office in Accra on November 14, 2013.

The new board is chaired by Mrs Felicity Acquah, who has over 30 years of banking and business development experience.
She has served in senior positions at the Agricultural Development Bank (ADB), the National Investment Bank, the Merchant Bank and the Women's World Banking.
She served as the Managing Director of the Eximguaranty Company Limited, one of Ghana's leading finance houses for 10 years.
Mrs Acquah is also a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana.
The other members of the board are Mrs Doris Awo Nkani, Managing Director; Ms Nancy Dakwa Ampofo, Dr Sydney Yayah Laryea, Justice Benjamin Tetteh, Mr Ato Pobee Ampiah, Mr Robert Sackey and Mr Fiifi Gyabra Forson.
In her introductory speech, Mrs Acquah said the insurance industry had become very competitive and so there was the need for all to work hard to achieve all set targets.
