Tata Motors launches two vehicles
Tata Motors has launched two passenger vehicles in Ghana to augment their presence in the market.

The company has introduced the Tata Manza, a spacious and luxurious sedan, and the Tata Aria, a seven-seater SUV with a purring 4x4 capability in the market.
The company has officially appointed Modern Auto Services (MAS) as its dealer in Ghana for both the private and commercial vehicles.
Launching the vehicles at an event held at the Labadi Beach Hotel in Accra, the Managing Director, Tata Africa, Mr Thami Mbele, said: “The new passenger vehicles from Tata Motors is yet another step towards consolidating Tata Ghana’s commitment to aspiring customers. With our wide network and service support from our new partner, Modern Auto Services, we are confident that our customers will continue to have a smooth ride.”
Mr Johnny Oommen, Head, International Business, Passenger Vehicles, Tata Motors, said “Ghana is one of the key markets for Tata Motors in Africa.
“We have embarked on a journey with a commitment to excite our customers globally and we look forward to unfolding our strategy in Ghana for a deeper presence in this market and across several product segments,” he said.
“He said Tata was delighted to further expand its presence in the Tata Manza Sedan and the SUV, Tata Aria market.
Mr Oommen said the company had planned to augment offerings by including other products in their portfolio on a regular basis.

“We are very confident about Modern Auto Services, and we believe that their extensive network, along with our global expertise, will bring into the Africa market a range of exciting Tata passenger vehicles,” he said.
Mr Nouhad Kalmoni, CEO, Modern Auto Services (MAS), described the occasion as a historical moment for Modern Auto Services as “it marks the addition of a big brand such as Tata Motors to our current portfolio and demonstrates our continuous commitment to satisfy the quest of Ghana’s market for relevant and innovative products.”
He announced that MAS would provide sales and services in Accra, with 18 bays- which have ultra-modern workshops and a showroom, and offer sales and service facilities in other three major cities, namely Tamale, Takoradi and Kumasi.
