President Mahama congratulated the three envoys on their appointment.

The President said against the background of the wealth of experience they had acquired in public life, he had every reason to believe that they would excel in their new roles as ambassadors.

He mentioned the integration of the ECOWAS sub-region and said it provided an opportunity for the new ambassadors to Guinea and Benin to work at promoting made-in-Ghana goods in those countries.

He also spoke about the long bilateral relations between Ghana and Spain and tasked the new ambassador to build on it.

Response

Responding to the President's remarks, Mr Kosivi-Degbor thanked President Mahama for the honour done him and his two colleagues and promised that they would not disappoint him.
