Vote for a government that prioritises Ghanaian businesses - Papa Kwesi Nduom
The Global President of Group Nduom and Founder of the now defunct GN Bank, Dr Papa Kwesi Nduom, has called on the electorate to vote for a government that would prioiritse the development of Ghanaian businesses.
He said the electorate must endeavour to vote against a government that puts the development of Ghanaian businesses in jeopardy worsening the plight of thousands of people who were hitherto employed.

"We are voting on Saturday. This election is different. We are voting for change. We must vote for a government that promotes Ghanaian businesses. We must vote for a change that ensures that GN Bank would be operational again. We must vote for a government that will restore the license of GN Bank.
He said he was certain that a new government would restore the operational license of the bank if the Akufo-Addo government fails to restore it before it leaves office.
Dr Nduom led many in #Bring back GNBank street demonstration at Elmina in the Central Region calling for the restoration of the bank's revoked operational by the Bank of Ghana.
The two-hour walk dubbed #Bring back GN Bank, the peoples bank, our job, our lives our security, save Ghanaian businesses demonstration that small gathering momentum as they paraded through the principal streets of Elmina, his hometown.
Women carrying lamps to signify the dark period since the collapse of the bank were led by an older woman spreading eto.mashing to summon the gods to ensure justice was served the bank owners and the people who have suffered due to the collapse of the bank.
Addressing residents at the Kobina Gyan square after the walk, Dr Nduom described as unfortunate that the government had collapsed a bank that had provided jobs for many and supporting community economies and provided jobs for many.

He stated that the collapse negatively impacted many Ghanaians leaving some sick while others could not survive the devastating effect of the collapse on their lives.
He said after touring the country it was clear after the revoking the bank's there had been no bank in the communities giving financial services to the rural communities.
Dr Nduom also introduced the Progressive Peoples Party's parliamentary candidate, Emmanuel Kofi Duku urging them to vote for him to bring development to the area.
