He also listed the regions from which presidential results have already been received: Ahafo, Central, Western North, Oti, Eastern, Upper West, Bono East, Volta, North East, Bono, Northern, and Western regions.
The collated results for the Eastern Region, however, excluded Nsawam-Adoagyiri, Suhum and Akwatia constituencies.
"Outstanding regions yet to be received are Greater Accra, Upper East, Savannah and Ashanti, he said.
"So these are the four regions to go. We are wrapping up the processes at the regional level and we are within the 32 to 35 hours after close of poll on Saturday, December 7, 2024. So we are doing our best."
"We ask Ghanaians to be patient with us. We want to do it and have it exact and accurate," Mr Tetteh stated.
The EC has given an assurance that it would declare the presidential election results within 72 hours which translates into three days.
