President John Dramani Mahama has nominated new Municipal and District Chief Executives for Sissala East, Adenta, Kwahu East, Birim South and Lower Manya Krobo.
A statement from the Flagstaff House said the appointments were in accordance with Article 243(1) of the 1992 Constitution and Section 20(1) of the Local Government Act 1993, Act 462..
It gave the names of the nominees as Johnson Saborh for Sisala East, Benjamin Baroson Angenu for Adenta Municipality, Nana Antwi Siaw (aka Hayford Quaye) for Kwahu East, Emmanuel Kwakye for Birim South and Jacob Frederick Kwame Acolatse for Lower Manya Krobo.
