Cardiff boss wants Adomah to stay

Adomah whose contract expires in June has been instrumental in the club’s campaign in the championship which has seen them move to the sixth position on the league log after beating Preston 3-1 on Saturday.

Sadly the coronavirus pandemic has delayed the season and it is uncertain whether Nottingham Forest would extend Adomah’s loan deal to the end of the season.

"Forest is not as straight forward, we're in dialogue with Forest at the moment. The bottom line with Albert is I want him to stay. I've picked him in every game he's been at the club.

Harris admitted that the player was interested in completing the season with Cardiff but it was left to his employers to take a firm decision and said they were in negotiation with the Forest to ensure Adomah stays till the end of the season.

"Albert wants to stay and finish the season here. So we have to keep working with Forest to try and make it happen."
