Black Galaxies head coach Kassim Mingle Ocansey has commended his players following their 1-0 defeat to South Africa in an international friendly.
He expressed confidence in the team’s potential, emphasizing the value of the experience gained against a strong opponent.
"Because the league is ongoing, we didn’t have much time to prepare, but the work was intensive. This game was an eye-opener, and I believe we are building a strong CHAN team.
The players performed very well against a tough opponent, and we have a bright future ahead," Ocansey said.
The Black Galaxies will now shift their focus to the 2026 CHAN qualifiers.

The Black Galaxies will now turn their attention to the 2026 CHAN qualifiers, with the encounter against South Africa serving as valuable international exposure for the team.
