Eight register for Indece tennis festival

Eight corporate institutions have registered to participate in Saturday’s corporate tennis festival organised by the Ghana Tennis Federation (GTF) to commemorate Ghana’s 60th Independence anniversary.

The eight companies, according to the president of GTF, Mr Isaac Aboagye Duah, are Latex Foam, CDH, CFAO, Stanbic Bank, Ghana Commercial Bank, De Simones, Tema Oil Refinery and the Rockcare Group.

Mr Duah made the disclosure last Tuesday when Rockcare Group of Companies presented eight brand new trophies to the federation to help them host a successful event.

Mr Duah in receiving the trophies, expressed his appreciation to management of Rockcare Group, producers of Alkamin Natural Water,  for the kind gesture and called on other organisations to be on board.

A representative from Rockcare Group, Dr Antwi Tetteh, pledged his outfit’s support to ensure that all activities lined up by the GTF for the year were held effectively.

The tennis festival, according to the organisers , was to bring players in corporate institutions together as well as those in the diplomatic community to celebrate Ghana’s Independence Day, while playing for fun and networking.
