Here are all the teams qualified for next round of 2023 CAF Champions League
The first preliminary round of the 2023/2024 TotalEnergies CAF Champions League fixtures ended on Sunday, August 27. There were some interesting results across the continent as the competition progressed into the next stage.

In Ghana, Medeama SC beat Remo Stars of Nigeria 3-2 on penalties after the game ended 1-1 on aggregate to qualify for the second round.
Ethiopia’s Saint George FC secured their place in the next round after a comfortable 3-1 win at home over Tanzania’s KMKM.
On the western part of the continent, Cameroon’s Coton Sport de Garoua failed to capitalize on home ground advantage after Real Bamako of Mali overcame them 2-0 to advance to the next stage.
