Nartey, who made his long return to the ring last March, will be on the June 16 King of the Ring 3 show, which is expected to attract a lot of boxing enthusiasts to the venue.

The bill, which is being promoted by Monarch Promotions, will witness other exciting bouts in what could see great fights on the night.

Ahead of the slugfest, Ivorian Kone has called on his Ghanaian counterpart to be ready for him since he was coming to devour him.

Kone said he was prepared to finish Nartey on his home soil when the fight took place at the Bukom Boxing Arena.

“Prince Nartey, you have to be ready for me because I’m coming to devour you on June 16 in Accra,” Kone noted.

“I am prepared to finish you off on your home soil and don’t say I didn’t warn you,” he said.

Nartey spent close to two years without a fight before returning in March to retire Bernard Ayittey Tagoe to win the national light heavyweight title.
