Congratulations, NIB Ashaiman Branch

A few months ago, I decided to open a business account with the newly opened Ashaiman Branch of the National Investment Bank.  My first encounter with the bank staff was a pleasant one.  As soon as the security man opened the door to the banking hall for me, a lady approached and enquired politely my mission.  I explained my intention to open a new account for my company. She immediately directed me to a gentleman who I later got to know from his name tag as Ebo Richard Arthur.

He patiently took me through the procedure and finally led me to the counter where I made my first deposit.  Since then, my working relationship with the banking staff has been very cordial and I must say their services are excellent.

Occasionally, I receive calls from the branch asking me how they can improve their services to serve me better and I will reply truthfully that so far I am okay.

I hope they are doing this not because it is a new branch and that the Ashaiman branch is a true representation of the corporate culture and image of the National Investment Bank nationwide.
