Taylor, a highly influential executive in corporate America, will headline the event, which aims to explore the intersection of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and human resources technology across Africa. His keynote will align with the conference theme: *"A Global Discourse on Exploring the Emergence and Dynamics of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Human Resource Technologies in Africa."*

“This historic event is the first time SHRM has had the privilege of speaking in person in Ghana,” said Taylor. “We must lead the conversation on how to embrace AI and prepare our workforce for the advent of this game-changing technology, reshaping recruiting, talent management, and employee engagement, not only in Africa but globally.”

Joining him on stage will be Irene Asare, a global HR executive and board member of BBC News, and other top industry leaders. Asare, who has held senior HR roles with companies like Tullow Oil, Vodafone, and Standard Bank, will share her extensive insights into transforming HR practices in multinational corporations.

The GCHRA will also feature notable speakers such as Dr. Francis Eduku, CEO of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM), David Ssegawa, Group HR Director at Equity Bank Limited, and Dr. Najat El Mahdy, Director of HR at Qatar Financial Centre Regulation Authority.

The two-day event will provide cutting-edge insights into how AI and HR technology can foster innovation and growth in Africa's workplaces, with attendees gaining access to practical workshops and networking opportunities. It will also offer SHRM recertification credits and be accessible both in person and online.
