UT Bank celebrates Customer Service Week
UT Bank staff joined the world to celebrate this year’s International Customer Service Week.
As part of activities marking the occassion, the bank offered a number of services to customers to enable them to do their businesses and to serve them better.
Customer Service Week is a global initiative to recognise the importance of customer service, appreciating the customers, as well as honouring the people who support customers with the highest degree of care and professionalism.
UT Bank celebrated the week in all its 30 branches, delighting customers with services such as the washing of customers’ cars, cleaning of customers’ shoes, as well as serving them snacks as they transacted their banking business.
Some staff members of branches located in market centres went as far as helping the market women sell their products.
