My boyfriend pays me allowance – Nollywood actress Mercy Eke

Nollywood actress and Reality TV star Mercy Eke made a surprising revelation in a recent episode of 'Love Is A Game', stating that she receives financial support from her partner.

However, she clarified that it's not a requirement she imposed, but rather a gesture of assistance to help her manage her household expenses. With a staff of six domestic workers to care for, Mercy Eke's partner contributes an allowance to support her in covering these costs, easing her financial burden.

“My guy [partner] pays me an allowance. But it’s not that I mandated him to do that. I have about six domestic workers. So the allowance is just to assist me to pay my staff.

“I didn’t tell him to pay my staff’s salaries. He’s doing it on his own to reduce my responsibilities. Because of that, I always want to do things for him too.”

Mercy Eke has been keeping her current romantic partner under wraps, away from the prying eyes of the public. 

Her last publicly acknowledged relationship was with fellow reality TV star Ike Onyeama. 

Although she fueled speculation of a romance with another reality star, Pere Egbi, last year, they both dismissed the rumors, leaving her current relationship status a mystery.
