Court to rule on Ayariga's disqualification Friday; NDP, PNC to also argue Friday
The Accra High Court will on Friday give its ruling on the application by the Flag bearer of the All Peoples Congress (APC), Mr Hassan Ayariga, which is asking his disqualification from the December polls to be quashed.
Graphic Online's Emmanuel Ebo Hawkson who was in court Tuesday morning reported that the court fixed the date after the legal teams of the Electoral Commission (EC) and Mr Ayariga made their oral arguments.

PNC and NDP case
Meanwhile, the Peoples National Congress (PNC) and the National Democratic Party (NDP) were also in court Tuesday to battle the EC over the disqualification of their flag bearers.
In their case, the High Court has directed the two parties and the EC to file their written submissions on Thursday
They will also make their oral arguments on Friday and the court will fix the dates for ruling on that day.
