Objective met
Launching the anniversary at the premises of the ARC, the West Africa Regional Head of Lango Real Estates, owners of the mall, George Adjei-Ampofo, said the event was a testament to the realisation of the dream and aim of the company of rendering modern, quality and secure retail services consistently for the community.
“On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of ARC, I am delighted to note that our dream of rendering modern, quality and secure retail services consistently for this community has been fully achieved.
“This dream has been made possible by the hard work and dedication of the stakeholders, namely our cherished customers, the tenants and the management of this facility.
"Today, ARC is not just a shopping centre, but has become one of Accra’s main hubs for business, entertainment and social connections,” Mr Adjei-Ampofo emphasised.
More than just a mall
The ARC Centre Manager, Alice Esi Coleman, also expressed gratitude to the mall’s customers, tenants and management for their hard work and loyalty over the past decade.
“Indeed, today, ARC is much more than just a mall. It has evolved into a community!
"Together with our customers and tenants, we have shared in life’s special moments, festive celebrations and amazing tenant and shopper engagements, and I’m proud to say that it is the quality of these connections that defines who we are,” Ms Coleman stated.
Speaking on behalf of tenants, the Executive Director of ‘The Chop Bar’, a popular Ghanaian food vendor, Mona Quartey Hage, commended her colleague tenants, customers, as well as the mall’s management for their resilience and dedication.
Mrs Quartey Hage, a pioneer-tenant at the mall, recalled the early days of the ARC, saying it has come a long way from its early beginnings in 2015, and has steadily become a trusted and efficient community shopping centre.
