Joana Gyan Foundation to donate PPE to Wasa Agona Amenfi
The Joana Gyan Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation, dedicated to ensuring that every individual achieves his or her potential regardless of their circumstances will from Friday June 26 –Sunday, June 28, 2020, visit Wasa Agona Amenfi in the Wester North region to embark on humanitarian activities.
The Foundation during the visit will distribute some Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including hand sanitizers and nose masks to the residents of the community to help them protect themselves against the deadly coronavirus.
Speaking with a team for the exercise before their departure in Accra to the community, the Founder, Mrs. Joana Gyan Cudjoe, said “We are going to a remote village and
I need everyone to cooperate so that we can finish what we have set our mind to; we are blessed and we have to go back to also bless our localities in order to get them inspired and empowered.”

She said Joana Gyan Foundation believes that every person should be given the opportunity to excel in life, explaining the reason of the Foundation to actively invest in talented individuals in less privileged communities.
Mrs Cudjoe said the Foundation whilst in the community will fumigate churches, mosques, and market places, indicating that the fumigation exercise will be led by DeleteGhana, a Waste Management company.
Similarly, she noted, the Foundation will climax its activities in the town with a health talk as well as holding a forum to discuss developmental issues in the community with the chiefs and the people.
The Foundation was established in 2019, by Mrs. Joana Gyan Cudjoe, CEO of Golden Empire Legacy Limited (GELL), to fulfill her vision of giving back to society in Ghana and other African countries.
