The training covered how to make local pastry, liquid soap, bleach, beads decoration and non-alcoholic drinks.

At the skills programme, the president of WOTAR, Evangelist Mrs Agnes Essen said the training formed part of the vision of the organisation.

She said apart from Wear vision of embarking on a nationwide outreach programme, it was concerned about empowering women and the youth through the provision of free skills training.

Mrs Essen said the free skills training was made possible through the support of the Christ Apostolic Church International, under the headship of Rev. F. P. Essen, Area Head Pastor for Pig Farm Area.

On behalf of the beneficiaries, Madam Gladys Yaya Fosuah, a single parent of three thanked the leadership of WOTAR for the gesture.
