President Mahama paying his last respect to the late Samuel Nuamah

Prez, hundreds mourn Samuel Nuamah as he is laid to rest

Hundreds of mourners, including President John Dramani Mahama, yesterday turned up at the forecourt of the State House in Accra to pay their last respects to the Ghanaian Times presidential reporter, Samuel Kwame Nuamah, who died in a road accident at Doryumu Junction, near the Shai Hills.

President Mahama, other government officials and journalists participated in the solemn ceremony to bid farewell to the journalist whose death occurred on August 20, 2015.

Other dignitaries were the Managing Director of the Graphic Communications Group Limited (GCGL), Mr Kenneth Ashigbey, the Editor of the Daily Graphic, Mr Ransford Tetteh, the Member of Parliament for Akuapim South, Mr Osei Bonsu Amoah, the Director in charge of Newspapers at the GCGL, Mr Yaw Boadu-Ayeboafoh, and the Director General of the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation, Major Albert Don Chebe (retd).
