When the Foreign Minister Ayorkor Botchwey recently visited China [PHOTOS]
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ms Shirley Ayorkor Botchwey, has participated in the Coordinators Meeting on the Implementation of the Follow-up Actions of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) Summit in Beijing, China.
The President of Uganda, Mr Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, was the guest of honour at the official opening ceremony, which had the President of China, Mr Xi Jinping, extending a congratulatory message, which was delivered on his behalf by the State Councilor and Minister of Foreign Affairs of China.
There was also a dialogue between executives of Chinese Financial Institutions and the African Coordinators.

Ghana’s Foreign Minister, held bilateral talks with the Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister and also made some interventions during the plenary session.
The Minister also visited Guangzhou, in the Guangdong Province, where a new Consulate was opened for Ghana.
Ms Botchwey visited the Ghana stand at the Beijing 2019 Expo.
She was also at the Chinese Great Wall.
