Huudu Yahaya throws in towel

In a very surprising move, Mr Huudu Yayaa, one of the four persons who put in their names for the national chairmanship of the NDC has stepped down.

Mr Ken Dzirasah, the chairman of the Constitutional committee who announced the last-minute resignation, said the candidate did not assign any reason but wished all delegates and contestants well. Huudu Yahaya was the party's first general secretary.
