Coach Avram Grant has invited 23 players, including WAFA midfielder Samuel Tetteh and Wa All Stars goalkeeper Richard Ofori for the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Comoros.
The two-leg affair will take place in Moroni, Comoros, and Kumasi on November 13 and 17 respectively.
Tetteh earned his first call-up into the Stars following his outstanding performance for WAFA in the First Capital Plus Premier League and the home-based national team.
Eintracht Braunschweig right back Phil Ofosu-Ayeh has also been invited again after an impressive debut in the friendly against Canada last month.
Ghana’s skipper Asamoah Gyan who got injured also makes a return together with his deputy Andre Ayew.
Also making the squad at long last for the two World Cup second round qualifying matches is former Ghana U-20 striker, Ebenezer Assifuah.
