Hearts trio start full training

Accra Hearts of Oak have been boosted by the return of three key players from injury ahead of their clash with Aduana Stars on Sunday. The trio - Richard Yamoah, Kassenu Ghandy, and Isaac Mensah - started full training today at the Ajax Park, Legon.

According to a statement issued by the club, Yamoah who has not played since injuring his knee in the match-day 2 fixture against Medeama, but he has finally recovered and participated in today's session. 

The former Hasaacas man spent close to three months on the sidelines as a result of the injury.

New recruit, Ghandy also injured his thigh after 34 minutes in an ill-fated debut against Dreams FC on match-day 16 and is now back in coach Sergio Traguil's squad after a weeks rest.

Mensah sustained a slight knock in the President’s Cup game with Kumasi Asante Kotoko and had to be substituted around the 80th minute.

Although, he was not seriously injured he was asked to stay out of full training in order not to aggravate the problem.  

Meanwhile, Sabahn Laryea is still recovering from a knee injury he picked up in the win over Dreams FC.
