Immigration, GRA, Police in battle for top in Table Tennis League
The battle for the top of the Ghana Table Tennis Federation League ladder has become very tough as Immigration, GRA and Police battle for supremacy.
At the D.G. Hathiramani Sports Hall of the Accra Sports Stadium tomorrow the three would be engaged in gruelling games with Immigration facing Police in a match to decide who occupies the top. Immigration has 12 points from six games, with the Police bagging 10 points from five games.
It will be a show of power by the creme de la creme of the game as Immigration’s Derek Abrefa, Felix Lartey, Emmanuel Asante and Emmanuel Commey come in full force against Augustine Hagan, Lamptey Mills, Eric Agyeman and Raymond Donkor on the Police side.
The first round of matches will also feature GRA Vrs Fire, Synergy Vrs Prisons, Madina against Army, Spinners Vrs Navy, White Loopers against Team Baboo with Emefs taking on Police.
In the rest of the matches, Ashanti Monetary County clash with Kings Royal Academy, while Immigration takes on Power Club.
The second round will see Kings Royal Academy play Team Baboo, Power Club engage Navy, Ashanti Monetary County clash with Army while EMEFS play Prisons.
