Kotoko host Hearts tomorrow

Despite the delay in starting this season’s First Capital Plus Premier League which has robbed the competition of the needed attention, some interest seems to have been reserved for tomorrow’s  El-Clasico involving Kumasi Asante Kotoko and Accra Hearts of Oak at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi.

For Hearts who are  occupying the 13th position and Kotoko currently placed sixth, tomorrow’s game will be the greatest opportunity to appease their fans with a win.

That notwithstanding, the pundits still believe the encounter will be  uncompromising as their supporters look for a booster ahead of their respective continental compaigns.

While the Porcupine Warriors have managed to collect eight points after five matches, the Phobians have only clawed five from the same number of matches.

The situation has, therefore, brought  a lot of pressure on  coaches Masud Didi Dramani and Herbert Addo to deliver at all cost.

In the other fixtures, in-form Liberty Professionals welcome Ashgold to the Carl Reindorf park at Dansoman while Aduana and BA United clash at the Nana Agyeman Badu Park in a regional derby.

At the Tarkwa T and A Park, Medeama SC will host Berekum Chelsea, Edubiase play All Stars at Obuasi while Bechem United face WAFA at Bechem.

At the Kpando park, Heart of Lions host Inter- Allies while Accra Great Olympics lock horns with Sekondi Hasaacas at the Accra Sports Stadium.
