Dettol crowned Ghana’s Antiseptic Brand of the Year at 2025 FMCG Awards
Dettol, a leading antiseptic brand under Reckitt, has been named Ghana’s Antiseptic Brand of the Year at the 2025 National FMCG Summit & Awards, underscoring its enduring role in promoting hygiene and public health across the country.
In addition, Mr Ali Tariq, Country Manager for Reckitt Ghana, received the Excellence in Leadership Award at the same event, recognising his pivotal role in advancing the company’s mission.
The awards, presented during the recent National FMCG Summit & Awards in Accra, celebrate Dettol’s decades-long commitment to safeguarding Ghanaian households from harmful germs through reliable antiseptic solutions. The Antiseptic Brand of the Year award highlighted the brand’s trustworthiness and significant impact on public health, cementing its status as a household staple.
Mr Tariq’s Excellence in Leadership Award acknowledged his strategic vision in steering Reckitt Ghana’s growth and ensuring Dettol meets the evolving needs of consumers while upholding high standards.
