Yaa Pono lies to BBC over 'I Dey Feel You Die' song

Rock band Dark Suburb is accusing Yaa Pono of hijacking their song, ‘I Dey Feel You Die”.
In a press release Suburban Records wrote;

“We would like the general public to know Yaa Pono does not own “I Dey Feel You Die” as he claimed in his interview with BBC’s Rita Ray.“I Dey Feel You Die” was penned by Syn, the lead vocalist of Faint Medal and was produced by Kilo, and featured Yaa Pono.

“Faint Medal started working on the song with Kyekyeku and the plan was to put Sarkodie on it but Kilo who was heavily linked with Yaa Pono asked us to feature Yaa Pono and we agreed.”

“After the record was done, it sounded great and Faint Medal thought about a joint album with Yaa Pono but that never materialized because his label never gave Faint Medal a contract. They have performed the song with Yaa Pono severally but has never handed the song to him, so to hear him on BBC Global Beats claiming the song shocked us.”

“I Dey Feel You Die” was recorded in late 2
