Diana Hamilton has joined forces with Enterprise Life Insurance to promote their AkwantuPa policy, catering to Ghanaians living abroad. This collaboration culminates in the highly anticipated Akwantupa Experience event.

At a recent launch in Accra, Hamilton expressed her excitement, reflecting on the success of the previous London edition two years ago.

“The Experience with Diana Hamilton started in the UK. So it's important that we go back to where it all began when we didn't know where it was going to but we trusted the Lord that told us what to do and 10 years later, it is good that we have done Ghana 10 years but we take it to London because it is the doing of the Lord," she said.

Performing at the 2024 AkwantuPa Experience are Kobbe Mante, Charlotte Appiah, and Nigeria’s Ada Ehi, among others.

Diana Hamilton's musical began at a young age, singing backup for renowned gospel artist Francis Agyei.

Her early credits include featured performances on Agyei's iconic 'Metwere Obotan' and other projects in the 1990s. She also collaborated with veteran producer Zapp Mallet.

Hamilton's solo journey took off with her debut album, 'Ɔsoro Bɛkasa', released in 2007. Fourteen years later, she reached the pinnacle of Ghana's music scene, winning the coveted Artiste of the Year award at the Ghana Music Awards.

Today, Diana Hamilton is celebrated for her soul-stirring discography, including well known songs such as 'Ɔsoro Bɛkasa', 'Mo Ne Yo', 'Awuraye', 'Yehowa Behwe', 'Adom', 'My Meditations' and ‘The Doing of the Lord.'

She will drop the live recording of her song, Doing of the Lord, featuring Mercy Chinwo tomorrow, September 20.
