Ghanaian actor Michael Moncar of the ‘Efiewura’
TV series fame is reported dead after an illness.

The actor is said to have passed away Friday morning.
Mr Fred Amugi an actor and friend of Michael Moncar confirmed the death to Accra based radio station, Peace FM.
It was however not clear what caused the actor’s death.
He was said to be on admission at the Korle Bu
Teaching hospital for about a week.
The actor was a familiar face in several movies and
television series.
He was recently well known for his character as “Akoto” in popular television series ‘Efiewura’.
