Sister Deborah to headline Naija Agenda Night

GHANAIAN singer Sister Deborah is the headline act for the maiden edition of Naija Agenda Night scheduled to take place on Thursday, August 24, 2023, at Agenda Bar in East Legon in Accra.

The event, which is being organised by TR Records, aims at bringing Nigerians living in Ghana together to enjoy Ghanaian music and push Nigerian Agenda in Ghana

“The Naija Agenda Night is a welcome addition to the Ghanaian entertainment scene and it is an occasion for people from West Africa to come together and celebrate music” said the CEO of TR Records Felix Ngoswini

The event is expected to attract a large number of Nigerian and Ghanaian music lovers and Sister Deborah who has songs such as Kakalika Love, Ghana Jollof, Somebody, Ama Piano, Jumabee, Taking Water, Borla, Sweet Ex and Pure Water will use the occasion to also celebrate her birthday which falls on the same day, August 24.

Sister Deborah tells Graphic Showbiz she was glad to be chosen as headline act and will do her best to entertain her fans and party goers.

“It has been a while since I performed for my fans so my birthday is a good time to feed them with the vibes that they have been missing in the past months. Since it is my birthday, they are assured of quality entertainment from me,” she stated.

Sister Deborah, born Deborah Vanessa Owusu-Bonsu hit the limelight when she released her famous Uncle Obama song in 2012.

The graduate of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in Kumasi, Ashanti Region has done many collaborations with musicians including Strongman, Eno Barony, Medikal, Macho Rapper among others.
