The Constitutional Review Committee, after extensive consultations, has proposed a two five-year Presidential term limit, based on some long overdue pertinent reasons.
I propose a first term of six years and second term of four years. A first term involves time for the government to set up and acclimatise in its functions.
The second would be used for the continuation of its agenda.
