Bannon ordered to testify to grand jury
Ex-Donald Trump aide Steve Bannon has been summoned to testify before a grand jury in the US - Russia inquiry, the BBC quotes US media as reporting.
Steve Bannon is embroiled in the rolling controversies emanating from the infamous new book about Donald Trump's presidency in which author, Michael Wolff writes of the former chief White House strategist’s doubts of the president's mental fitness.

Bannon is said to have expressed "regret" over the remarks.

“Bannon is said to have described as "treasonous" a meeting Donald Tump Jr held in New York with a Russian lawyer during the 2016 presidential election campaign.

It adds that "Bannon and Breitbart will work together on a smooth and orderly transition’".
