Eight-year-old Nana Afia Kobi Serwaa, daughter of Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, gave her father a memorable 64th birthday and 15th anniversary celebration ‘cake’ on his ascension to the Golden Stool when she won the eight years and below category of the maiden Ecobank Asantehemaa Youth Golf Tournament held in Kumasi.
The D and D Academy pupil scored a gross score of 13 to join other category winners.
The competition was played at the Royal Golf Club in Kumasi in honour of the Asantehemaa, Nana Afia Kobi Serwaa Ampem, whom little Afia was named after.
