Full Gospel lines up professionals for 2015 convention
The Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International, Ghana, is using this year’s national convention to sharpen the acumen and management abilities of its members in management positions and entrepreneurship.
On the agenda at the 2015 National Convention, slated for August 27 through August 29 at the International Conference Centre is a seminar on ‘The Need For Excellence’ to be delivered by Mr Emmanuel Baba Mahama, a chartered insurer, former managing director of Vanguard, and a National Vice President of the fellowship.
The seminar, among other objectives, is to empower Christian business executives in Ghana, professionals and other working men and women in its ranks to aspire to be on the cutting edge in their respective areas of operation.
Other seminar speakers include Dr Segun Falope, CEO of Belmont Nigeria Ltd, a water engineering company based in Nigeria, and director of the fellowship in charge of National Operations, Nigeria, and Dr Charles Buckman, named the Most Inspirational Person on facebook. He is a founding director of Fatherhood UK, a leading organisation which is changing the lives of African Caribbean men across Europe and Africa.
At a special luncheon for Ladies of the Fellowship at La Palm Royal Beach Resort, the speaker is Michelle Hammond, a bestselling author, speaker, singer and television co-host. Michelle has authored over 40 books which have sold over two million copies worldwide. A gifted vocalist, Michelle has recorded four CDs, “It’s Amazing”, “Let’s Go In”, “Come Let Us Worship”, and “With Love”.
A Youth Summit on the sidelines of the convention will feature Lord Kenya, one — time secular hiplife artist now an evangelist and on fire for Christ.
This year’s Convention Breakfast at Movenpick Ambassador Hotel is Hon Kofi Esaw, a diplomat and former minister in the Republic of Togo. He is currently an advisor to the Head of State of the Republic of Togo.
