GTP donates to Effiduase Government Hospital

The Premium African Textiles, distributor and marketer of GTP, Woodin and Vlisco fabrics, has donated 200 pieces of bed sheets and pillow cases worth over GH¢15,000 to the Effiduase Government Hospital in the Ashanti Region.

Presenting the items, the Managing Director of the company, Mr Kofi Boateng, indicated that over the past three years, the company had taken it upon itself to support the Ghana Health Service by donating bedsheets and pillow cases to various public hospitals as part of its CSR initiative.  “So far, we have supported 14 hospitals since 2013,” he stated. 

The Director of the hospital, Dr Korku Kame Rudeen Hussein, with support of the Queenmother of Effiduase, Nana Konadu Yiadom, who received the items on behalf of the hospital, expressed the hospital’s appreciation to GTP for the gesture.
