At the inauguration ceremony held in Accra, the club announced plans to raise over GH¢300,000 to promote mental health awareness and support community-based projects in Accra and beyond. The initiative, which falls under the club’s Unite for Good theme, will focus on key activities such as completing the maternity block at the Mallam Atta Market, presenting blood donation awards to recipients from each of the 16 regions, and organising a medical screening exercise at Kotoso in the Kwahu East District.
Teamwork and Service

He also called for increased donations to the PolioPlus Fund to support global efforts towards polio eradication.
The outgoing President, Efosa Aibangbee, highlighted achievements during his tenure, including growth in club membership and support for the Nii Amugi Cluster of Schools in Accra. He also noted significant progress on the Mallam Atta Delivery and Maternity Unit Clinic, which is nearing completion.
The District Governor, Nana Yaa Pokua Siriboe, urged Rotarians and well-wishers to continue supporting the work of The Rotary Foundation. She expressed confidence that the new leadership team would build on the club’s achievements and continue to make a positive impact in society.
