Sentuo Group Limited has presented a consignment of food, drinking water and protective supplies to the Office of the President at the Jubilee House for onward support to households and communities affected by Ghana's June 29, 2026, floods.
The donation includes 4,000 bags of rice, each weighing 25 kilograms, accounting for 100 metric tonnes; 800 bags of sugar, each weighing 50 kilograms, accounting for 40 metric tonnes; 400 boxes of granular maize; 1,000 pairs of Wellington boots; 4,000 bags of sachet water; 1,000 mosquito nets; 500 cartons of Abena Sunflower Oil; and 300 cartons of Cindy Sardines.
The composition of the consignment responds directly to food security, safe-water access, basic health protection and mobility in wet conditions. Rice, sugar, maize, oil and sardines can support regular meals; sachet water addresses immediate hydration needs; and mosquito nets and Wellington boots add practical protection during relief and early recovery.
The donation was led by Group Chairman Ningquan Xu, accompanied by Head of Operations Eric Lin, Jiang Wenjie, and President Samson Deen, International Business and Coordination Director.
The consignment was received on behalf of the state by Chief of Staff Julius Debrah, Legal Adviser to the President Marietta Agyeiwaa Brew, and Presidential Adviser Nana Yaa Jantuah.
For Sentuo Group, the intervention is a practical expression of corporate citizenship and shared responsibility. By supporting a coordinated national response, the company said it had placed tangible resources behind the principle that institutions strengthen society when they stand with vulnerable people in times of hardship.
