This was after the two, Alistair Nelson and Godwin Ako Gunn, informed the court that they were only served with their summons this morning.

Salifu Masse, alias Mugabe , the host of the show on which the two made the alleged comments also said he received his summons this morning.

The five-member panel presided over by Justice Sophia Akuffo, however, warned the three contemnors that the court will not accept any excuses on the adjourned date.

At the hearing one of the directors of Montie FM , Edward Addo represented the station but the court demanded that all the directors of the company be present.

According to the court, Network Broadcasting Limited, the owners of Montie was a limited liability company so they can't have one owner.

Lawyer for Montie, Nana Ato Dadzie, argued that the other directors of Montie were not in Ghana that's why they couldn't show up in court.

The court, however, ordered all the other directors to appear before the court on July 18, 2016.

At today's hearing, Chief Justice, Justice Theodora Wood and Justice Sule Gbagebge recused themselves because they were directly mentioned in contemptuous statements.
