Akufo Addo's endorsement is overwhelming- Alan admits (audio)
Mr Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen has called for support from New Patriotic Party members to stand solidly behind Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo to ensure that in 2016, the party comes back to power.

Congratulating Nana Addo moments after he was declared winner in Saturday’s contest for a leader, Mr Kyerematen admitted the support for Nana Addo was overwhelming.
He likened the contest between Nana Akufo Addo and himself to the competitive matches between Hearts and Kotoko.
“But I’m not sure who represents Kotoko and who represents Hearts.”
He explained regardless of the score line in any match between Kotoko and Hearts, they always make sure that they give their fans a lot to cheer about.
“In our party we believe in competition and after that cooperation,” he observed.

My brothers and sisters of the great NPP, at long last the battle is over and the struggle to take over power from the NDC in 2016 with Nana Addo has now begun.

I wish to use this opportunity to congratulate my elder brother and friend, Nana Akufo-Addo for the over whelming endorsement by the party.
I will also like to use this same opportunity to pledge my full support and that of my team for the task ahead of us as a party.
