Corey Addai elated with Barnsley move
Addai, 22, joined the "Reds" on Thursday and says he is looking forward to shine in the English second tier league.

"I am delighted to have signed Barnsley FC which is a wonderful Club And I can't wait to get Started. Thank you to everyone who has supported me throughout It al," Addai told the club's website.
“I’m over the moon, It’s a very good club and I’ve enjoyed my time since I’ve been here as well, so it’s been really good. The coaching staff are amazing and the boys are great so I can’t wait to get started.”
“I’d probably say that’s one of the strongest parts of my game -– especially with crosses, coming to claim. Being 6’7, it does help, but we’ll just wait and see what the first game brings against Nottingham Forest,” he added.
Born to a Ghanaian father and an English mother in Hackney, Addai was groomed at the Arsenal Academy before moving to Coventry City in 2014.
He also had loam stint with Telford United before being released by Coventry City in January this year.
Addai has already hinted of his intentions to play for Ghana if he gets a call-up.
