The Cameroun striker has scored seven times in 27 appearances since signing a one-year contract worth £7million in August 2013.
However, recent reports have claimed the former Barcelona and Inter Milan forward is prepared to abandon the London club rather than pushing on towards a new contract.
Eto'o lambasted those speculating and now says he remains commited as his heart is solely focused on Chelsea's Premier League title campaign.
"False and degrading information has been published about me," the 32-year-old posted on Instagram.
"I just want to remind all that I have a tremendous love for Chelsea. I have a lot of respect for my leaders and teammates.
"I love Chelsea fans and I will keep on giving everything I have to defend the Blues."
