Big athletics meet in Cape Coast June 11

The Ghana Athletic Association (GAA) will bring the local athletics season to a climax with two competitions slated for June 4 and June 11 at the newly-constructed Cape Coast  Sports Stadium.

According to the Ghana Athletics Association President, Professor Francis Dodoo, the events will be held on a pristine tartan track to afford more local athletes with a better opportunity to qualify for either the African Athletics Championship in Durban, South Africa, or 2016 Olympics in Brazil.
