Provisional Satellites squad named

Black Satellites coach Sellas Tetteh has named a 35-man provisional squad for next month’s FIFA U-20 World Cup in New Zealand.

The final 21-man squad for the May 30-June 20 tournament will be picked from the provisional list sent to football’s world governing body FIFA last Tuesday. 

Ghana, winners of the World Youth Cup in 2009 and bronze medallist at the 2013 tournament in Turkey, are paired in Group B alongside Argentina, Panama and Austria.

Coach Tetteh’s side will open their World Cup campaign against Austria on May 30 at the Wellington Regional Stadium in New Zealand.

Below is Ghana’s provisional list:
