Kent Homes launches affordable smart housing project

Kent Homes has officially launched its affordable luxury smart home project, aiming to make homeownership more accessible to Ghanaians.

At an event held on Sunday at Silverbird Cinema, WestHills Mall, the company introduced two, three, and four-bedroom smart homes and townhouses, with prices starting from ₵700,000. 

The properties will be located in Bortiano Hills, East Legon near Trassaco, East Legon Hills, Kwahu (opposite Rock City Hotel), Kumasi, and Sokobang Wood Village.

Speaking at the launch, Kent Homes CEO, James Wiafe, stressed the company's focus on affordability and accessibility.

"The issue of affordability has long been a barrier for many individuals and families who dream of owning their own homes. However, we are committed to solving this problem by providing smart, luxury homes at affordable prices," he stated.

The company is also offering flexible payment plans for both local and diaspora Ghanaians to ease the cost of homeownership.

Kent Homes further announced plans to expand its portfolio with more luxury apartments at competitive prices.
