Kwahu Professionals Network hails 2025 Kwahu Easter as landmark success for tourism and investment

The 2025 Kwahu Easter Festivities have been hailed as a landmark achievement, blending cultural vibrancy, economic dialogue, and community collaboration

The Kwahu Professionals Network (KPN), in a post-event statement, celebrated the seamless execution of the celebrations, which it says defied pre-event skepticism and solidified Kwahu’s reputation as Ghana’s premier Easter destination.

This year’s festivities were marked by a standout highlight—the Kwahu Business Forum, now in its second edition. 

The forum, led by President John Mahama and coordinated by Chief of Staff Julius Debrah, underscored Kwahu’s untapped economic potential, drawing attention to investment opportunities in the region. 

The event’s success was further amplified by thrilling activities such as paragliding, cultural displays, and musical performances, all delivered under tight security and logistical precision.

KPN lauded the collaborative efforts of security agencies, local authorities, and the Ghana Tourism Authority for ensuring a safe and memorable experience for attendees. The network also extended gratitude to key figures, including Julius Debrah, Abetifi MP Bryan Acheampong, and Mpraeso MP Davis Opoku, for their leadership in advancing Kwahu’s development agenda.

The President of KPN, Richard Nyarko Sarpong, emphasized the festivities’ role in reinforcing Kwahu’s triple identity: a tourism hotspot, an economic hub, and a cultural gem. 

He credited the collective efforts of residents, volunteers, and partners for the event’s triumph, signaling a promising trajectory for future editions.
